MEET THE TEAM

has over ten years’ experience in Healthcare within the NHS Ambulance Service & Private Sector. Has extensive knowledge of working with adults and children who have a diagnosis of Mental Illnesses and Learning Disabilities in both in secure services and community settings with a wide range of challenging behaviours and illnesses.

 

During his time within Forensic Healthcare Services he has attended numerous courses, workshops and seminars which have enable him to facilitate group work and individual sessions with patients, such as Stop and Think, Substance Misuse and Addictive Behaviours. Andrew is a advanced instructor in physical intervention & mechanical restraint delivering a vast range of courses throughout the UK and Spain.

Andrew has also gained experience within the Private Security Industry working his way to Head Doorman in Nottingham, over the years worked at various venues and clubs, large and small events, festivals and sporting events with roles including response team, eviction team, stage and gate supervisor.

Andrew has worked with the Dorset Constabulary gaining valuable experience of working with Mentally Disordered Offenders and the Criminal Justice System whilst serving in the British Army, his tours of duty include multiple theatres around the world.

Throughout his career Andrew has participated in many developments which have broadened his knowledge and skills base.
